Visual Display / Inside Sales Associate

In addition, Visual Display Associate will effectively manage the processes required to get new products on the sales floor and displayed in the most visually appealing manner. Aside from maintaining the showroom, the Visual Display Associate will also support Inside Sales and assist walk-in customers and referrals. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow the business first-hand all while providing the best customer service experience to our customers! - Coordinate placement and arrangement of products in a visually appealing manner - Enhance products by arranging lighting and rearranging displays to create a compelling presentation - Manage the receiving of new products and returning products by following the appropriate company procedures - Assist in physical inventories of products by resolving discrepancies and analyzing and collecting data - Perform routine maintenance of the showroom as it pertains to replacing products, cleaning, and organizing material - Maintain open communication with management and warehouse staff by sharing priorities and timelines as they relate to display goals - Utilizing APPLE products, inventory software, and google mail as needed - Communication with sales team regarding customers and products within showroom - Ability to be on your feet working and walking around showroom - Ability to work on displays from ladders as needed - Ability to entertain guests and provide them with the best sales and customer service experience
