VP of Hospitality Interior Design

This role partners closely with executive leadership, architecture and engineering teams, and project leadership to support organizational alignment, operational excellence, and long-term growth initiatives. Provide strategic leadership for unification of the operational, creative, and organizational direction of the interiors practice in multiple offices.Partner with executive leadership, architecture teams, and project leadership to support organizational alignment and growth initiatives.Drive consistency in design presentation and submittals, workflow processes, and project execution.Serve as a senior client-facing leader at project interviews and presentations on key relationships and strategic projects.Lead operational improvements to support scalability, collaboration, and long-term growth.Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and team development efforts.Mentor and develop emerging leaders and design talent.Contribute to the long-term vision and future structure of the interior design department.Work with the production team to create, organize, edit, awards submittals and attend the awards ceremonies.
