We are seeking a talented, energetic, highly motivated professional to join us as our in-house Designer. Overall Responsibilities: Sit with Clients & Salesman to go over Project Designs & Specifications Will meet with owner s& project managers Responsible to specify all products with in working budget Coordinate with Salesman regarding scope of work Coordinate with Project Manager regarding product selections , colors, modifications , and budgets Connect with clients in order to understand their vision, goals and limitations. Develop and detail design specifications Must be able to understand basic construction structural , electrical , mechanical , code specifications Maintain High Client Satisfaction Must have knowledge on products and interior design Ability to draw existing floor/ as builts / full CD's plans a plus
