Warehouse and Facilities Manager

We’re INTERIORS HOME and we’re looking for a Warehouse and Facilities Manager (WFM) to oversee the activities of our 50,000 sq ft distribution center and provide facility and maintenance manager support to three showrooms, as well. The successful candidate will bring to the position: • 5+ years related warehousing, delivery services or related industry experience • 2+ years in a supervisory role with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach to leadership, management and coaching • Comfortable ‘on the floor,’ and ‘behind the desk’ • Active listening and learning skills • Exemplary project and time management skills • Excellent analytical, decision making, problem solving, and critical thinking skills • Service orientation • Expertise in Microsoft 365/Office Suite or related software; We love our work. Experience: • Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred) • Warehouse or distribution center: 5 years (Preferred) • Facilities management: 1 year (Preferred)
