We are seeking a skilled Waterfront Design Director to lead a multidisciplinary project design team responsible for delivering waterfront projects in the U.S. Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate will work closely with Discipline Leads, Program Manager, and leadership to ensure deliverables are delivered on time, to expected quality, and in the most efficient manner possible. Main Responsibilities • Provide senior design leadership for a multi-disciplinary team of design professionals for multi-year infrastructure projects. • Monitor design progress and proactively resolve delivery issues with program manager. • 10–20 years of design management or delivery experience on large-scale infrastructure projects valued $100 M+.
