I seek to bring in 2 or 3 local agents who are passionate, committed, have proven a commitment, and are wanting to look at this time as a big opportunity to shift into a new way of doing things. Between now and the time that the virtual world can do things we can only dream of today, I see the transition as a series of a la carte developments. Except you loved the home, moved in, and all of a sudden realized a neighbor was crazy and 2 of the neighbors just went to mia heirs who could care less about the property, or worse yet, that the neighborhood was overbought and oversold in a market that was overcooked, and all of a sudden your customer is anything but a customer any longer. So there's not a place you and I can't market to where we don't know a neighbor. First things first, we need to go through all of the assets I have and see where they line up to best onboard you.
