At the end of your initial 6-months, you can elect to be paid commission on your sales allowing you to earn at the highest levels. Welcome each customer in a sincere and friendly manner.Listen carefully to the customer’s needs.Help customers find the best solutions utilizing our showroom and special-order options.Learn about our products through informative meetings with manufacturer representatives.Be able to inform customers of the products we sell.Create and present design plans to clients.Qualifications: Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs.
