Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a professional manner, both in store and on the phoneProvide excellent customer service to all clientsMaintain client, vendor, and consultant relationshipsComplete ongoing product, technology and services trainingAssist clients in selection of the right window treatment for their home or officeQualifications:
Previous experience in retail, design, customer service or salesDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
