The WC will be assigned to projects that require a strong creative approach with delivery of a design intent that inspires the customer and design firm to select Storr. The WC will lead the design component of our sales strategy and participate in customer meetings and presentations until the job is won. The WC will lead design strategy and design work on assigned bids that Storr receives. They will have strong expertise with visual product presentations using CET renderings and PowerPoint. • Design strategy for project assignments • Co-selling with the sales team to win business • Manage the design process for the project • Discovery exercises with clients to uncover key needs for their spaces • Creative solution development including CET renderings, budgets, floorplans, presentation boards, PowerPoint presentations, etc • Good working knowledge of products offered by Storr and awareness of competitive product offerings.
