The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients Responsibilities • Must value culture above all else • Must possess strong technical, creative, interpersonal and leadership skills • Must have strong time-management skills to be able to meet project / task deadlines • Must value shared success for all team members • Must be able to provide knowledgeable design input on a range of projects as well as be able to interact effectively with a project team • Must desire to work collaboratively with others • Must be willing to assist with the overall effort in meeting client deadlines on all phases of projects and project types • Must be proficient in developing and presenting finish palettes • Create functional, attractive designs and layouts for various projects • Support sales team when meeting with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, and renderings) for projects • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant • Must have the ability to work on-site and attend regular project meetings in person, as needed.
