Well known Quincy/Boston Architectural Firm is looking for a self-motivated, experienced Architect to work on a wide variety buildings including, restaurants, multi-family residential and commercial buildings. We are interested in adding the following positions: Architect or Designer: -2+ years experience -Familiarity with basic building codes (IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI) -Capable of assessing buildings, including documentation prepare as-built drawings, condominium documents, and detailed construction drawings, and presentations -Ability to make site visits to problem solve and review design intent. -AutoCAD proficiency required, REVIT highly preferred -We are particularly interested in a person with one or more of the following skills: interior design, conceptual design, and/or photorealistic renderings We are committed to customer satisfaction in a fast paced, exciting environment.
