Job description: Manhattan Design Firm is looking for a technically skilled AutoCAD drafts- person/Interior Designer with 4+ years of experience. This is an AutoCAD-heavy position. They will be in charge of drafting floor plans and elevations, creating construction documents & lighting plans, Photoshop renderings, communicating with architects and contractors, creating design presentations, material selection, and some shopping. \\- Extensive hands-on experience and understanding of the design and construction of interior architecture spaces. \\- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketches and drafting, and graphic software programs, Photoshop, and Microsoft \\- A background and knowledge of luxury residential projects and renovation and commercial renovation experience.
