Marketing Manager - Social Media, Community Events, Graphic Design

Artisan Interiors Group is a premier custom home organization systems, cabinetry and casework manufacturer in the Coastal Regions of Delaware and Maryland. We are seeking a well qualified Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand and reach. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the owner to facilitate the outbound marketing and promotion programs, develop branded community events, develop social media and email marketing strategies to promote launches, develop partnerships through outreach, and innovate creative ways to utilize social media and email to engage our following and reach new potential customers and partners. Creating and maintaining a social media and email editorial calendar that incorporates program launches and ongoing blog and website content, coordinating launch dates in conjunction with the editorial and marketing calendar Develop and facilitate social media and email marketing strategy and concepts to grow and engage our current customers, including but not limited to, giveaways, challenges, and influencer partnerships. Create innovative campaigns to spark and develop growth Create, adapt, post and write content for social media (Twitter, Pinterest, Houzz Instagram, and Facebook) Create, promote and manage community events Utilize Facebook Ad Manager paid advertising to grow and engage our following Manage Google Campaigns Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic partnerships and opportunities Answering social media queries, messages, and comments in a prompt and professional manner Forecasting analytics growth and providing detailed monthly analytics reports with growth, engagement, impressions, conversions, and other KPI’s Supporting the sales initiatives for programs/products through social media, email, and partnership strategies Developing the structure and framework of outbound marketing strategies for products and programs Assist in writing, editing, and creating blog, monthly newsletter and website content
