employment type: part-time (2-3years experience) -Must know how to use basic metal working tools such as Mig and Tig welding apparatuses -Ability to identify and work with different metals ie: galvanized, iron, copper, steel, aluminum -Must be precise with measurements and attention to detail when using tools -Experience cutting sheet metal by hand or using power shears -Use scribers, dividers and squares to mark dimensions on materials -Must be reliable and have a positive attitude -Meticulous eye for finishing and smoothing edges -Must have experience in production workflow -Idea but not required to work occasional weekends or evenings in a crunch. ***We are a sustainable + design company, so you must be willing to work and be creative with unique scrap materials! We are looking to add a talented individual to our team with a passion for all aspects of production from the structural to the creative elements. Because all of our furniture is made from re-use materials, you must be willing to work with unique materials and find creative ways to transform them with our team. Woodworking is also plus as most of the pieces we work on are often a combination of wood and metal.
