Seeking an interior design student or someone just starting out to assist me with a few projects in a property I recently purchased. The role is project- based: I have two bathrooms, an Airbnb apartment, part of a kitchen, and two fireplaces that need to be done. Can pay $20 an hour, or up to $1500 per large project (bathrooms, Airbnb) and $350 for smaller projects (fireplace tile, backsplash and hardware). House is old, historical, charming.
