We are experiencing considerable growth and are looking to add talent to our team in the Santa Barbara office. We are ultimately looking for someone who is looking to relocate to Santa Barbara, California. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER, LEVEL 1 or 2 ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER The Architectural Designer roles include the responsibility for all aspects of project design and delivery including design, 3D modeling, building information modeling, presentation graphics and materials, production of plans/specifications, quality control, consultant coordination, construction administration, coordination with ANACAPA team members and maintaining deadlines and schedules. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS \\- Excellent design capabilities \\- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture \\- 3-8 Years of relevant work experience \\- Proficiency in MS Office including, Word & Excel \\- Proficiency in Adobe CS including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign \\- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus \\- Proficiency in either Rhino or 3ds Max using V-Ray \\- Ability to multitask on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment \\- Ability to prioritize and to manage work independently \\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \\- Ability to work constructively as a member of a collaborative team \\- PM: Extensive Commercial experience \\- PM: High proficiency with code analysis, including plumbing calculations, egress & occupancy analysis, accessibility issues, and access compliance analysis \\- PM: Project estimating and scheduling experience \\- PM: Construction Detailing & Administration experience ABOUT US Anacapa is a highly progressive architecture and design firm based in Santa Barbara, California with an office in Portland, Oregon.
