We create their new home design - then manufacture a material home package especially for them. We put them in touch with a network of quality builders or help them work with their own builder. The Sales & Design Assistant position requires applicants to use Chief Architect to generate designs based on client and Sales Associate's requests. Responsibilities • Advise on layout planning using Chief Architect • Develop sketches • Specify the materials for new home packages • Suggest functional and aesthetically pleasing design ideas • Costing of new home materials package using proprietary software Education • College Diploma or Certificate in architectural or interior design preferred (but not required) Qualifications • Portfolio of past work Skills • Creative thinker • Excellent communication skills • Expresses ideas concretely • Proficient in Office software • Great attention to detail • Solves problems effectively • Good understanding of residential building materials • Works well in a team • Good understanding of home construction Position Type Full-Time Benefits Health Benefits available To apply for this job, Follow this link https://app.smoothhiring.com/apply/LIN0037-58WM?ps=clp
