Looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator/Home Staging Assistant to assist the lead Home Staging designer in managing a growing home staging company in the greater Tacoma area. Responsibilities Include: - Design and implement successful marketing campaign, - Plan, organize, and make weekly promotional presentations to potential clients, - Attend and assist lead designer at staging consultations, - Maintain client relationships and communication, - Develop, edit, and maintain promotional materials, - Update and develop original copy for social media platforms and website. Additional Responsibilities include: - Solid organizational skills and keen sense of detail, - Must be a quick, efficient worker, while also being careful and thoughtful, - Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills, - Must have flexible schedule with last minute availability when needed, though every attempt will be made to give advanced notice of jobs, - Must be willing and able to lift moderately heavy/bulky furniture, - Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel on location as far as 40 miles to property.
