Position Description - Showroom Sales Associate Assist showroom clients in finding the perfect flooring option, providing design/color consultation as well as technical guidance Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized showroom Become an expert in all of our product lines, staying up-to-date on all changes, drops, and new product introductions Plan and coordinate special events in the showroom, such as parties and educational seminars Attend local design events Organize and maintain the sample library Provide budget pricing appropriate to the customer type, being careful to protect the needs of our core customers Assist Outside Salespeople with their urgent sample needs Assist in refining the ongoing design and layout of the showroom Identify outreach opportunities, including marketing to local interior designers Flexible and can work a schedule that includes weekend hours Participate in ongoing product/technology training, as well as monthly business meetings
