Textiles Sales Operations Associate

We are seeking a motivated and sharp candidate to develop and oversee a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the textiles division of Jiun Ho Inc. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales process is efficient and providing the day-to-day support the sales team needs to grow the business. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee, support and service all of our showrooms across the country and internationally. * Mail materials, products and sample information to show room and customers. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * 2 years of experience in textiles or soft furnishings industry * Superior verbal, written and communication skills * Active interest or exposure to the interior design and/or textile field * Strong common-sense approach * 2 year college degree and/or equivalent career training in sales, marketing, interior design * Must enjoy working as part of a team in a small, fast paced office setting * Knowledge of working on a Mac, Microsoft Word and Excel * Interior design or furniture/textile sales a plus * High energy level * Good sense of humor * The ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment * Commitment to excellence * Responsive, flexible and co-operative YOUR BENEFITS * Salary $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience * Annual bonus * Health insurance stipend
